Our company is an Israeli high-tech company that manufactures call-recording solutions for the Call Center industry. We have been serving customers through a net of partners worldwide (US, Latin America, Europe, APAC) for over 20 years.


The company is headquartered in Israel with branch offices in Belgium and China, and a worldwide customer installation base in the USA, Canada, China, France, India, Israel, Thailand, Serbia and Singapore.


We focus on providing our partners and distributors with recording tech products, solutions, and value-added features like transcription sentiment analysis, screen monitoring, and QM models. Moreover, we provide envelopes, products, and services that support growth (new clients/keeping existing), extending the offering portfolio with simple-to-implement and simple-to-use.


We develop a platform with Vas API connectivity mainly for recording call centers, companies, recording and monitoring systems, and agent performance optimization solutions for the global communications market. In Israel, the company develops such systems and solutions. It sells them exclusively to the parent company (with extensive and significant experience in the Telecom industry), which scantells them to the Israeli market. The company offers on both premise and cloud-based solutions for SMBs to enterprise customers. More than a hundred customers have chosen the solution across the globe, helping their customers to save money on disputes.
